 Mike Hock was recently named as one of the ten most innovative new artists to come out of Uganda. He has collaborated with many famous artists, including legends such as Craig 'The Voice' David, one-armed bassist Steven 'Steve' M'Blonga, former WWF wrestler Papa Shango, technician Roger 'Hammer' Hammerstein, and beatmaster Willy 'The Rocket' Pharte.
Mike's real big break came when he teamed up with the controversial 'Pigeon Hand Clap Orchestra', who had been after his unique production techniques since the early 40's. Sixty years after they first e-mailed him, Mike, in the midst of a recovery from serious drug addiction, had a feeling that now would be the time to team up with them.
